HYDRAULIC PRESS "C" TYPE MACHINE

HYDRAULIC PRESS (H) PILLAR TYPE MACHINE
The H-frame of this hydraulic workshop press is made out of quality steel. This garage press is excellent for general assembly and straightening tasks. A must-have for every workshop / garage. We have different models in our program: Available in 5 to 150 Ton. The height of the working table is easy to adjust, so you can work with many different material / product sizes. The manually operated workshop presses from V-Parmar Press Machines are all standard equipped with a hand pump with double operation. Furthermore, it has a pressure manometer for reading out the applied pressure, a chrome piston (with automatic piston return). We also deliver a set of V-blocks with these presses.

The Presses have good rigid structure for accurate works. Our Presses are powered by specially designed Power Pack Unit having Oil Breather (Hydro line), Oil Level Indicator (Hydro line), Suction Strainer (Hydro line), Gear pump (Bosch Rexroth), Flexible Coupling (Jack Tech), Electric Motor (ABB / HAVELLS), Hand Lever operated Direction Control Valve (Bosch Rexroth), Pressure Gauge (Air Master), Return Line Filter (Hydro line), Oil Tank (without oil), Internal & External Pipe Line etc. Our Presses are powered by specially designed Double Acting Hydraulic Cylinders. Cylinders manufactured out of quality steel. Cylinder bores will be honed to mirror finish or long life of piston seals. All chevron seals & bronze strip used for leak proof performance. Ram will be made from EN-8 material & surface ground hardened for long life of seals & corrosion resistance. Structure Power Pack Unit Hydraulic Cylinder.
